In 3 steps your bike as new
- Book your appointment online for the intake online
- During the intake (15 minutes) we will check your bike together with a cup of coffee. We immediately discuss what needs to be done to your bike, what the maximum costs will be and when your bike will be ready.
- When your bike is ready, you will receive a text and an email that you can pick your bike up so you can get back on the road quickly!

During the 1-hour service we thoroughly check your bicycle, adjust the brakes and gears and check all bolts to ensure that the bicycle is 100% safe.

When it's not as smooth as it used to be

During the 2-hour service, the bicycle is further disassembled and we replace any worn parts or cables and ensure that the bicycle runs properly again.

Een fijne winkel waar je goed wordt geholpen, er hangt een prijskaartje aan maar daar krijg je ook echt wat voor terug!
Ik heb mijn racefiets twee keer naar concourse amsterdam west gebracht en ik heb me echt als een koning gevoeld, omdat ik gemakkelijk een afspraak kon maken. De fiets is 100% keurig gemonteerd zoals ik heb gevraagd en het belangrijste; het personeel, tja, super aardig, geduldig, nemen de tijd voor je en...en ze hebben heel veel verstand, kennis van fiesten en zijn heel kundig! Heel erg bedankt voor jullie service. Ik ben en blijf altijd klant en kom graag uit almere met plezier naar jullie toe! Keep on doing the good job!
Duidelijke communicatie en concourse neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het werk dat ze afleveren. Ze staan voor kwaliteit en hebben medewerkers met veel ervaring en kennis.

Na een val liep mijn fiets aan. Ze hebben me meteen vriendelijk opweg geholpen, zodat ik weer door kon fietsen.
Top zaak, dit is vanaf nu de garage voor al mijn fietsen.Echte liefhebbers met kennis en kunde.
Vriendelijk, eerlijk en snelle service. Eerst gingen we mijn fiets samen inspecteren en Milan, de mechanieker, concludeert dat hij heeft nog op dit moment geen service nodig. Dus daar geld bespaard! 🙂

Heel fijn geholpen bij Concourse! Ben hier terecht gekomen voor een reparatie aan mijn Canyon. Milan en Dimme zijn erg behulpzaam geweest en denken met je mee. Ik mocht zelfs een velg lenen zolang mijn nieuwe velg nog niet geleverd was, kortom top!
In mei een prachtige ger weten te bemachtigen, na tientallen uren genoten te hebben nog steeds dolgelukkig met me nieuwe fiets! Echte vakspecialisten die achter hun product staan!
Super service. Tijdens intake fiets samen doorgelopen waarbij een eerlijke inschatting werd gemaakt - ook zaken die niet nodig waren l. Kettingblad was niet op voorraad en werd meteen via internet besteld. Uiteindelijk was de fiets eerder klaar dan verwacht. Aanrader!

Great experience. Very easy to make an appointment, the staff was friendly and very didactic. And my bike was ready in only a couple of days!
Two months after the service, an annoying cracking noise occurred when turning the power on. After settling a few issues, the bike was returned. Back as new and in tip top shape, without cracking of course (bracket) And: company service!! So: always have your bike in regular maintenance at Concourse.
Concourse is really a top bicycle maker. You will always receive friendly help, you can go there quickly and they honestly indicate what should and should not be done on your bicycle. The bike is also ready again quickly. Communication is particularly good. You can go there for any brand, which is also very nice if you have ordered a bicycle from the internet.
Found this fantastic store through a friend.First made an appointment via the website, was able to go very quickly, was able to indicate in the appointment what needed to be done, 15 minutes were then scheduled for an intake.Arrived at the store, more than enough parking options. When I came in, they took the bike from me, I was offered a cup of coffee and before I knew it the bike was already hanging in the stand for the intake. Due to the very extensive intake with very professional advice, no surprises about what they will do, and Dutch or not, what it will cost.I really received great help, my bike looks like new again!!

Having been used to Ger's service for years, it is exciting to see how his "successors" do. Well, don't worry. The men (and women?) of Concourse know their trade. Fast and professional work.
Canyon bike build, well done, great service. They very gallantly indicated that Shimano no longer had an extra part (xtr pedals) in stock and that a power meter would be much more expensive if they ordered it from the wholesaler. If you order it yourself from a webshop and have it delivered to them. I would have liked to pay a little extra for it, but that wasn't necessary.Many thanks and I will definitely come back
Great service and very knowledgeable staff in both locations in Amsterdam. I had my new Canyon bike assembled by them and they made sure everything is in a good state. I had a few follow up questions and checks, which needed to be done and they managed to help me very quickly and efficiently. And they have great coffee 🙂

Great service with easy platform to book a slot. Transparent way of working with a check during the handover. Bike was maintained and all requests were made. Bike feels very solid and almost brand new. Appreciate the work and will for sure come back for future checks/fix-ups.
My bike rides better than ever!Very good quality work (it comes with a premium price)! Friendly and professional! My experience:Among others, I changed the wheels, the old tires didn’t sit well anymore (I didn’t notice initially), I brought the bike back, immediately the team acknowledged the mistake, they offered me a new set of tires for a good price. The only minus was that I had to go there several times (I lost some time with commuting).I recommend this place!

At Concourse we want to make it as easy and fun as possible for every sporty cyclist to always cycle on a well-functioning and safe bicycle. As avid cyclists with a passion for technology, we all started maintaining our own bicycles at some point. A few years ago you could get a long way with minor maintenance by watching videos and trying your hand at trial and error. But developments in cycling technology have gone incredibly fast in recent years. Disc brakes, electronic shifting and integrated cable routing make maintenance increasingly complicated. Specific knowledge and tools are required to properly maintain your bicycle.
With a clean and ultra-modern workshop, a focus on quality, transparent communication and a simple process, we are building the bicycle service of the future. This way we make maintenance on your bicycle simple, so that you can simply enjoy your bike rides!
